The DIALLS project is about thinking, talking and listening.
We learn how to create our own opinions and how to develop them, give examples and defend them. We also have to be able to listen to what other people have to say (their ideas and opinions). We learn to respect other people’s perspectives and their beliefs. Sometimes we even discover we have a similar opinion and agree on a certain subject. If we don’t agree, we respect their point of view.
This project has also introduced us to many short films and books that have strong and important messages about many different subjects. For example, climate change (and how we can help fight it), the different types of sustainability (social, economic and climate presentation), equality, tolerance, the meaning of home, judgement, respect between all people etc).
Overall, it’s about learning and sharing knowledge and opinions while discussing important matters. It’s about living in a fair, respectful community and building our future the right way.
