The cultural artefacts here are some of those created by students participating in the DIALLS Cultural Literacy Learning Programme; participating classes chose their favourite artefact for display in this selection of Virtual Gallery artefacts. Each artefact has been created, either by an individual or by a group of students, in response to discussions around a cultural literacy theme. The discussions were stimulated by a wordless text — either a picturebook or a short film — from the DIALLS Library. Hover over the photos below to learn more about the artefacts, and click to see what the students say about the artworks they created.
