Dilar Cascalheira

Dilar Cascalheira (Degree in Clinical Psychology, 1996; Degree in Communication Sciences – Communication, Culture and Arts, NOVA FCSH, 2016), works as a research assistant at the Institute of Philosophy of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, since 2017. Before that she worked as a clinical psychologist (psychotherapy and psychological assessment) for two Portuguese NGOs, two public schools in Lisbon, and also as a private practitioner in medical clinics, mainly with children and adolescents. Currently attending a Masters in Philosophy (Aesthetics) at NOVA FCSH, her thesis is on Cinema and Philosophy, and her main interests are: subjectivity, intersubjectivity, the relationship between ethics and art, philosophy of education and argumentation studies.

Dilar Cascalheira will assist mainly in tasks related to analysis and selection of cultural texts (WP2), the Cultural Literacy Learning Programme (WP3), analysis of dialogue and argumentation (WP5) and communications and dissemination (WP8).
