Can ‘silent’ picturebooks speak a thousand words?

Nursery World has recently published an article by Andy McCormack, a doctoral student at the University of Cambridge, in which he references DIALLS while discussing the power of wordless picturebooks to help young readers explore potential meanings or interpretations.
