Here’s what the students say about the artefact they created:

 

What is the artwork about?

It is about the freedom of caged animals.

Why was it designed in this way?

We chose to draw several caged animals and some smaller animals trying to set them free. We also draw a happy environment because that is where animals should live.

Why did the class choose this artwork?

We chose this specific work because we believe that no one belongs in a cage. In addition, children thought that cooperation and solidarity is the only way to be free both literally and metaphorically.

Collaboratively.

Τι αφορά το πολιτισμικό έργο;

Αφορά την απελευθέρωση των ζώων από τα κλουβιά.

Γιατί σχεδιάστηκε με αυτό τον τρόπο;

Επιλέξαμε να κάνουμε διάφορα ζώα εγκλωβισμένα που κάποια άλλα μικρά ζωάκια τα τραβούν για να απελευθερωθούν. Επίσης κάναμε ένα χαρούμενο περιβάλλον γιατί τα ζώα εκεί πρέπει να ζουν.

Γιατί η τάξη αποφάσισε να επιλέξει το συγκεκριμένο έργο;

Το συγκεκριμένο έργο επιλέγηκε, γιατί θεωρούμε πως κανείς δεν ανήκει σε κλουβί.  Επιπλέον, τα παιδιά θεώρησαν πως η συνεργασία και αλληλεγγύη είναι ο μόνος τρόπος να απελευθερωθεί ο καθένας κυριολεκτικά ή και μεταφορικά.
