Let’s Learn Something About Each Other and Talk Together

Inspired by: Super Grand [Super Big]

Age Range: 12-15 years

Country: Germany

Cultural Themes

Tolerance

This cultural artefact is originally called “Wir lernen uns kennen und gehen aufeinander zu”. Here’s what the students say about the artefact they created:

What is the artwork about?

The little ones recognize the help of the giant, lose their shyness and use the power of the giant positively without fear of it.

Why was it designed in this way?

Students have continued to ponder the story and how the story might end. The happy ending as a picture shows at least the conclusion of a positive development.

Why did the class choose this artwork?

They found the solution good and the drawing quality was convincing.

Was it created collaboratively or by one student?

In groups, possible image solutions were discussed, afterwards
each has designed solutions for themselves.
